ABOUT D.El.Ed
D.El.ED, known as Diploma in Elementary Education, is a two-year Diploma Programme to become a Primary
Teacher or Junior teacher in the state of Uttar Pradesh. UP D.El.Ed was done based on merit. The
candidates must have completed 10+2+3 level of education to avail in course of UP. D.El.ED.
D.El.Ed course duration is two years, and the course structure is divided into four semesters,
consisting of various assignments, projects, seminars, internships, vivas, etc. The essential subjects
of the course are childhood and development of children, education society, contemporary society, work
and education, proficiency in English, fine arts and education, and much more.
UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari, Allahabad, is the authority behind conducting the admission and
counseling process in UP D.EL.ED.
UP D.El.Ed. Admission Eligibility Criteria -
- Candidates should have completed their Graduation in any Science/Arts/Commerce
- Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% in Graduation.
- Candidates should have completed their 10th/12th from a recognized board.
- Applicants, ages must be minimum of 18 years & a maximum of 35 years of age for both males & females.
Fee structure -
- For DIET selected Candidates - Rs.10,200/year
- For PVT INSTITUTIONS - Rs. 41,000 /year
